Shri Ram

Shri Laxman

Laxman son of Sumitra’s and brother of Rama, He is married to Urmila, She is Sita’s younger sister, Laxman A man who considered himself his elder brother as his mentor, father, friend, shadow. Laxman is famous in the whole world because of his actions, he not only slept for 14 years in the service of his elder brother Ram but also did not rest. Laxman, who was unlike his brother Rama, was of an angry nature, he was always angry at every little thing. Laxman spent his entire life in the footsteps of Shri Ram without any selfishness.

Shri Bharat

Shri Bharat, who was the son of Mata Kekai, but had more affection for Mata Kaushalya. Bharat, who was much closer to his elder brother, believed Shri Ram to be his shadow, Mata Kaikai, who had asked for the kingdom for Bharat, King Dasaratha in promise, Bharat had given him that kingdom at the feet of Shri Ram without any selfishness. Bharat also spent his 14 years in a hut near his kingdom like his elder brother Shri Ram had spent.

Mata Kakai

But because of his wrong thoughts and words, Shri Ram who was his affectionate, as well as Luxman and Sita Mata also went to exile for 14 years. And the most sadness of his going to forest was to mother Kaikai.

King Dasharatha

King Dasharatha King of Ayodhya, who followed the religion and policy, belonged to the Suravanshi clan, the ancestors of King Dasharatha would also give up their death for their promise. King Dasaratha had four sons, Shri Ram, Shri Bharat, Shri Luxman, Shri Sharatrudhan. He loved everyone very much. Mother Sita had taken 14 years of exile in the service of her husband Shri Ram.

Ravana

Ravana, who belonged to the demon clan. His father was a sage but his mother was a demon. Ravana had acquired many powers through his penance. Ravana was a devotee of Lord Shiva. He did penance for Shiva for many years, so that he could gain many power from him. Ravana had killed Mata Sita by deceit, just as Shri Ram killed her with the help of Vibhishan, the brother of Ravana.

Maharaja Vibhisan

Maharaja Vibhisan, who belonged to the demon clan, but he was a true devotee of Shri Ram. He was the younger brother of Ravana. He had given the right opinion to Ravana many times, but he had given him the rule. After leaving kingdom, he had gone to the sea shore in Shri Ram’s Shade, that Shri Ram had made his kingdom an advocate and made him king of Lanka, and he also asked Lord Shiva the same boon that he should see Shri Ram.

Maharaja Sugriva

The monkey king Maharaja Sugriva had expelled him from the country by his twin brother Bali. They lived on Mount Rishimukh after leaving his Kiskinda Kingdom, because it could not be sacrificed. There Shri Ram befriended him, and helped him to get Kiskinda King Sugriva to his kingdom. Then Maharaja Sugriva, while playing his friendship, also helped to find Sita of Shri Ram.

King Bali

King Bali, who was the king of Kishkinda kingdom, sent his twin brother Maharaj Sugriva out of the kingdom in an illusion, his kingdom, and had taken away everything from them. He had hated his brother for a misunderstanding. Shri Ram killed him by breaking his ego. At the time of his death he surrendered everything to his kingdom, his son Shri Bali to Shri Rama.

Maharaja Angad

Maharaja Angad was the son of Maharaja Bali. Maharaja Bali sacrificed the sacrifice to Shri Rama at the time of death. Angad became Shri Ram’s messenger in Lanka during the war. There he proposed to keep peace with Shri Ram and not Ravana. Angad challenged Ravana in front of Ravana by saying that if anyone lifted his leg so Shri Ram will leave this war and go back, but no one could complete that challenge in Lanka and he too fought with Shri Ram’s side.

Jatayu

Jatayu who met Shri Ram on the way to Chitrakoot. He told Shri Ram his friendship with King Dasharatha. That Shri Rama gave him the status of his father. After that Jatayu fought Sita with Ravana to escape from Ravana. In that battle, Ravana cut off one of the wings of Jatayu. He remained unconscious but kept waiting for Shri Ram in an injured state. He gave his life by telling Shri Ram about Mother Sita.

Raja Janak

Raja Janak who was the king of Janakpur state, his daughter’s name was Mata Sita. He had put a challenge to the kings of different countries for the marriage of his daughter. That Mother Sita will be married to the one who can raid on Dhanus given to him by Parashurama. As Shri Ram had broken that bow while doing this work.

Khumbhakaran

Khumbhakaran who was the younger brother of King Ravana of Lanka. He did penance of Bhrama ji for many years and asked him a boon that he should get the throne of Indra. But Saraswati’s mother asked for the blessings of Sleep. From which Bhrama Ji gave him a boon of gold for six months. He was killed by Sri Ram during Lanka war.

Shatrudhan

Shatrudhan, who was the son of his mother Sumitra, as his brother Laxman served Rama, similarly Shatrudhan also served his elder brother Bharata. Shatrudhan, like his three brothers, used to follow the dictum and policy, he was also angry like his brother Laxman. He had dedicated his life at the feet of his elder brother.

Tadka

Tadka who was a demoness, who used to fear Rishi Vishwamitra’s ashram, ran his penance, From which he brought Sri Rama, and Shri Rama killed the demon Tadka first. The name of Tadka’s son was Marich who was killed at the hands of Shri Ram.

Jamwant

Jamwant, who was the eldest son of the army, was a monkey, he was the most powerful, intelligent among them all. He was a minister of the Vanar Sena. He was the one who told Hanuman to cross the sea to Lanka. He kept advising Shri Ram on every path.

Nal and Neer

Nal and Neer are the monkey sons of Vishwakarma. These two brothers were blessed by the sages that whatever they put in water, they will swim no matter how full it is. With this blessing of his, the work of constructing the route to the sea reaching Lanka was completed. Both these brothers also played their important role in Lanka war.

Surpanakha

Surpanakha, who was the sister of Ravana, the king of Lanka, proposed marriage to Sri Rama in Panchavati, When Shri Ram refused, he refused his offer to Lakshman and he tried to kill Mother Sita. Then Laxman had cut Surpanakha’s nose. That was the beginning of the war in Lanka.

Kewat

Kewat, who was a childhood friend of Shri Ram, was the king of the kingdom near Ayudha, he had helped him a lot during the exile of Shri Ram. During his exile, he helped him to reach the river Ganga, forest, and Chitrakoot. Then he also helped Shri Ram’s brother Bharata to meet Shri Ram. He played his friendship well.

Rishi Vishwamitra, who was a sage, respected him very much, including King Dasaratha, When he did his penance while doing penance at his ashram in the early hours, he went to take help of Shri Ram. Sage Vishwamitra also gave knowledge to Sri Rama and destroying Demon was also the task, he also took Shri Ram to Janakpur. The marriage of Shri Rama was done with the blessings of Vishwamitra in Janakpur.

Manthra

The manthra, which was the maid of Queen Kaikai, the manthra used to discriminate among the four brothers from the beginning, she loved her queen’s son Bharata more. She wanted Bharat to be made king of the entire kingdom after King Dasrath, and this diplomacy entangled Queen Kaikai, Sri Ram wants to take the whole kingdom and, with his sweet words, Rani Kaikai gave Shri Ram 14 years of exile, and took away the coronation from him.

Khar

Khar who was a demon. He was very powerful. Khar Panchavati where Shri Ram used to live, he used to live in the state near him. When Surpanakha’s nose was cut by Luxman, Surpanakha went to her brother Khar. Kahar was also Surpanakha’s brother. But due to a lie of Surpanakha, the demon Khar became angry, and he had earlier sent his special 14 soldiers to kill Shri Ram and Luxman. But they were killed by a single arrow of 14 Rakshash Shri Ram. After that, Khar went to war with Sri Rama on his own. In that war, Shri Rama killed Khar.
